How do I know? Because I’ve LIVED it.

Hi, I’m Katrina.

For years, I checked all the boxes of success.

I built a career, led at the executive level, inspired millions through my work, and achieved goals I once only dreamed about. But along the way, I learned something important:

Success means very little if you’re out of sync with your season.

Over the course of my journey from individual contributor to the C-suite, I’ve had to realign myself more than once. I’ve navigated transitions, growth seasons, uncertainty, burnout, job separations, bold pivots, and the uncomfortable space between “who I was” and “who I was becoming.”

And that fundamentally changed my approach to crafting a life I love.

Today, I help women do the same: Create lives and careers that align with their values, voice, purpose, and priorities.

Because I don’t believe you were created just to survive your life.

I believe you were meant to fully live it.

A few things I’ve learned along the way…

Over the last 30+ years, I’ve served as an executive at two of the world’s most recognized nonprofit organizations, leading initiatives that inspired millions to take charge of their health and wellbeing. In between corporate gigs, I’ve also served as a consultant, corporate leadership trainer, and founder of several small businesses. It’s been an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling journey.

Today, I bring that same leadership experience into my work as a speaker, strategist, author, and coach – helping people lead more confidently, communicate more boldly, and navigate meaningful transitions in work and life. I also continue to serve as a Chief Marketing Officer, giving me a real-time view of the changing corporate landscape, and the bold moves career professionals are making to continue to thrive.

Through my books, Be Bold. Be Brilliant. Be You. and Loving on Me, I share practical insights that help women get in the driver’s seat of their life and career. My goal is to help them build careers and lives that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and fully their own.

One of the greatest joys of living is our ability to live “and also” lives. Our diversity of interests, experiences, and passions is what makes us truly unique. And the more we lean into the notion that we’re allowed to be more than just one thing, the more freedom we have in creating truly rich and rewarding journeys.

Y’all I love holidays that bring together family and friends, and none more so than Christmas. I’m that crazy cousin that decorates early, and adds a touch of holiday magic to all the rooms in her house. That’s why it was natural for me to start my own holiday line, Nubian Noel. It’s my creative outlet for the part of me that loves developing products.

Travel Adventure Junkie

Okay, maybe this isn’t a role I get paid for, but it is a part of my life I love the most. Each year I challenge myself to try something new, someplace I’ve never been. Whether it’s swimming with the sharks in the Maldives, zip lining in Costa Rica, or walking the Great Wall in China, travel has broadened my perspective in ways beyond what I could have ever imagined.

Women’s Health and Wellness Advocate

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked across the US helping educate people about their physical health and mental well-being. However it’s my international work with women and girls that I hold closest to my heart. As a board member of BCI Ghana, I help support their breast cancer survivors network, which started out with less than 20 women, and now 15 years later is over 800 strong. I also support the education of high school girls in villages across the country. It is truly one of the most impactful things I have the privilege of doing in my life.
